Pickup Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sunkissed Ethiopian! Because each of our t-shirts is custom made-to-order, we follow a strict weekly production schedule to ensure the highest quality for your items. Please review our local pickup policy below before placing your order.

📅 Weekly Order Deadline & Pickup Schedule

To manage our custom production process, we enforce a weekly cutoff time:

Order Deadline: Mondays by 11:00 PM EST
Pickup Day: Thursdays ONLY

⚠️ Important Note on Timing: If your order is placed after the Monday 11:00 PM deadline, it will not be available for pickup on the immediate Thursday. Instead, it will be scheduled for completion and pickup on the following Thursday. This allows us the necessary time to source materials and individually craft your custom piece.

📍 Pickup Location & Directions

Your order will be available for pickup at our salon suite. Please note that we are located inside a larger salon partner.

🛍️ How to Pick Up

Please wait until you receive your "Ready for Pickup" email notification before heading to the salon.
Bring a copy of your order confirmation (digital or printed) and a valid ID.
Pickup is strictly limited to Thursdays.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting our brand! Because we are committed to sustainability and delivering the highest quality, every single item is made to order. This means we do not keep a massive, pre-made inventory, and your item is crafted specifically for you.

📦 Processing & Production Time

Processing Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to source materials and create your custom order before it ships.
Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping delivery times apply after the initial 3–5 day production window.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: > Production Time (3–5 business days) + Carrier Shipping Time = Delivery to your door.

📍 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has officially left our studio. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

🛑 Address Corrections

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately—however, once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
